Client
Septem Systems, a SaaS product that helps cafés and restaurants handle reservations and repeat guests through a loyalty program.
Goal
Turn the website and campaigns into a steady source of demo bookings and paid accounts, instead of random spikes with no pattern.
Challenge
Traffic was coming from many places but no one really knew which channels were worth the money.
The website was getting visits but a lot of people left without booking a demo or starting a trial.
Email, social, SEO and paid were all running, but each in its own bubble. No shared offers, no shared goals.
The founders could not tell what to scale and what to kill, so they stayed stuck at the same level.
Approach
Strategy and tracking
Cleaned up tracking inside Google Analytics so we could see which sources actually brought signups and product use.
Set clear goals like demo booked, trial started and plan activated, and tracked everything against those.
Channel and funnel work
Reworked Google Ads search campaigns around real intent keywords for restaurant bookings and loyalty, not just brand terms.
Improved ad copy and landing page messaging so it matched how owners talk, with focus on filled tables and repeat guests, not features.
Lined up email, social posts and paid campaigns to push the same core offers and free trial, instead of each team doing something different.
Creative and social proof
Used case style posts, simple screenshots and short clips showing how bookings and loyalty data look inside the product.
Pushed this content through social and email to warm up leads before they hit the pricing or demo page.
Feedback loop
Built a simple weekly report that showed traffic, conversions and which channels and campaigns were actually working.
Used that to shift budget into the best search terms and creatives and cut the dead weight.
Results
About 41 percent increase in website traffic while keeping quality steady.
Around 29 percent lift in overall conversions from the mix of SEO, ads, email and social working together.
Roughly 30 percent higher click through rate on search ads after the rebuild.
Social channels grew by about 35 thousand followers, giving the brand a warmer audience for future launches and offers.
Why it matters for an owner
Before this work, Septem was paying for traffic without really knowing what came back, and growth felt random.
After, they had one simple system that showed which campaigns and offers filled the demo calendar and brought in paying restaurants, so every month they knew what to repeat and what to drop.
